Where are you going to go on your vacation this year, and how will you get there? Will it be a short trip, long trip, or medium trip? Will you go by car, by ship or by plane? Well, two guys (Marinus du Plessis and Adriaan Marais) have decided to take a most unusual journey. They plan on journeying from Alaska to Florida, by way of the Panama Canal on JET SKIS! That's 13,500 miles (21,600 Km) for 90 days, and they're doing it all without a support team. That means any food, camping supplies, clothing, spare parts, etc. will all have to be carried by them. Just the climate change in going from the freezing waters of Alaska to the tropics of Central America will be grueling enough!

You can visit their site here, and follow along with them as they travel along their journey. At this point in time, they have just entered Mexican waters.
